Former KOP favourite John Aldridge takes to the stage in this footballing sporting dinner to recount his tales and adventures from his playing days at Liverpool to his managerial career at Tranmere Rovers. ‘Aldo’ as he was commonly known, enjoyed playing stints at Liverpool, Real Sociedad and Tranmere before hanging up his boots in 1998 when he went on to become manager at Tranmere, guiding the side to the Worthington Cup final in 2000.
